R&W is a family business that has flourished for over 30 years. We know our employees play a vital role in the consistent success of R&W. We offer health insurance through Coventry Health Care with R&W covering 75% of the employee’s insurance fees and 50% of spouse and family. R&W offers dental insurance, covering 25%. We also participate in an IRA program, matching up to 3% of annual earnings and offer a free $15,000 life insurance policy for all employees. As an added incentive, employees receive a Christmas bonus most years.

After 1 year of full time employment, each employee receives 1 week of paid vacation and 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years of employment as well as six paid holidays per year.

R&W provides apprentices paid, on the job training. We encourage our employees to further their career by paying for evening plumbing courses, which will help them attain their journeyman’s state license.

The State of Oklahoma requires all licensed journeyman acquire 8 hours every 3 years in continuing education classes. R&W pays for a trained, licensed instructor to teach an 8 hour class to keep R&W journeymen’s license current.
